About this role

Registered Nurse (RN) – Personal Care – Sherwood Oaks. Cranberry Township, PA; Part-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; 24 hours/week, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM with every other weekend rotation. Starting Pay: $31.50/hour - $40.50/hour + BSN Differential; Depending on experience and shift. Presbyterian SeniorCare Network provides compassionate, vibrant, and supportive communities for older adults that nurture the wholeness of body, mind, and spirit. Sherwood Oaks, part of UPMC Senior Communities and managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, is a premier Life Plan Community. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the clinical and administrative needs of the neighborhood (unit). Coordinates and supports the individualized plan of care for community residents. Implements nursing goals through assessment, planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Supervises, provides leadership and direction to, community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.

Requirements

Hold a valid, current RN License in good standing
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members
Demonstrate excellent teamwork
Experience in Senior Living preferred
Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer's) preferred
Proven leadership experience preferred
