Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job

* Ensure accurate documentation, care planning, and compliant handoffs during shift changes; participate in daily rounds and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team * Maintain patient safety and quality standards, including infection control, critical event management, and escalation of changes in condition to the charge nurse or physician * Demonstrate supervisory skills, support training of new staff, and uphold unit policies and evidence-based practices Requirements * Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California) * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience * Minimum 3 years ICU/critical care nursing experience with ICU work in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months * Certifications: AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS; AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS (all required) * Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills (required) * Five years of technical experience (preferred) * Master’s Degree (preferred) * Ability to work night shifts on a 3x12 schedule; travel assignment; willingness to relocate to Sonora, CA if applicable * When submitting a profile, please include RTO, Birthdate, and Social Benefits and Support * Assignment-specific recruiter and travel support * Credentialing and onboarding assistance to facilitate start * Ongoing support throughout the assignment * Access to nationwide travel opportunities through the organization Find more opportunities If you’d like to explore other openings available at Healthforce Healthcare LLC, visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/apply Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
