Summary:
Provides education and professional development to support the clinical competence and growth of nursing and clinical Team Members. Assesses learning needs, develops and leads evidence-based educational programs, supports new hire orientation, and promotes clinical excellence in alignment with the ANPD Scope and Standards of Practice.
Your Role Within the Team:
Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical education and professional development programs
Conducts needs assessments and applies evidence-based educational strategies
Supports orientation and ongoing development of clinical Team Members

BSN with 3 years of clinical experience
ICU experience
