About this role
Presbyterian is hiring an ICU Charge RN to join their team in Clovis, New Mexico. The ICU Charge RN provides clinical and operational leadership for the ICU during assigned shifts, overseeing patient flow, care quality, patient safety, and staff coordination. The role works in partnership with the Nursing Director, RN Manager, and Assistant Manager to ensure efficient, patient-centered emergency care.
